For this L1 project, I would deliver a fast Unreal UI prototype covering a three-screen flow with shared widgets. It includes a simple responsive layout for the targeted platforms, lightweight material integration, and essential interactions and motion connected to Blueprint logic. Everything is delivered PIE-ready and prepared for migration into the project. I always can add visualls from my own collection like in this example.
