FROM LIVE OPS TO FLUID UI<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

I delivered and scaled UI for Fortnite\u2019s Live Ops ecosystem, shipping features to millions of players across platforms while meeting relentless release schedules and real-world production demands.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Grew<\/strong> from Senior UI Artist into Lead then Principal UI, blending visual design, UX, motion, Unreal integration, and technical direction.<\/p>\n

Helped steer<\/strong> large-scale game UI away from fixed layouts and toward responsive, scalable, platform-aware systems built for cross-platform.<\/p>\n

Built<\/strong> internal workflows, tools, and reusable integration patterns to reduce UI production friction across teams and platforms.<\/p>\n
